The Design Process

Interior design is a journey—and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My signature full-service package is broken into four distinct phases, each designed to bring clarity, cohesion, and creative intention to your space.

PHASE 1: DESIGN CONCEPT

We start by uncovering your lifestyle, taste, and spatial needs.

I’ll create a visual and thematic concept that aligns with your goals and values—this includes layout ideas, color palettes, material inspiration, and moodboards.

This is where we set the tone and direction for your space.

Includes:

  • Lifestyle questionnaire & design intake

  • Inspiration boards, sketches, and feng shui alignment

  • Review of layout ideas, materials, and overall aesthetic

PHASE 2: DESIGN Documentation

Once the direction is approved, I’ll prepare clear documentation for you and any vendors, contractors, or trades. This phase brings precision to the vision.

Includes:

  • Floor plans, elevations, and renderings

  • Furniture and fixture schedules

  • Material and finish specifications

  • Budget review and refinement

PHASE 3: Purchase & Construction

Now we make it real. I oversee the purchasing and execution of all approved items, while managing communication with builders, vendors, and fabricators.

Please Note:

Clients are financially responsible for all construction costs, purchases, and vendor fees during this phase. I will provide clear estimates, track expenses, and ensure alignment with your approved budget.

Includes:

  • Purchasing and procurement

  • Coordination with builders and trades

  • Regular updates and progress reports

PHASE 4: Installation & Styling

The final layer is what brings your space to life. I’ll oversee the delivery, placement, and final styling of all elements—down to the art, objects, and lighting. Then we celebrate your completed space together.

Includes:

  • On-site installation supervision

  • Styling with intention and ease

  • Final walk-through and reveal
