ART STUDIO ADU
This ADU was converted into a functional art studio with durability and utility in mind. We installed concrete floors to handle the demands of daily creative work, and designed a custom oak and plywood worktable on industrial-grade casters for easy mobility and flexibility.
To maximize materials and minimize waste, we used leftover plywood from the build to create a custom cabinet that hides the wall-mounted AC unit when not in use—keeping the space clean and distraction-free. Simple, sturdy, and intentional—this studio was built to work hard.
